Returns & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

You have 14 calendar days to return/ exchange an item(s) from the date you received it.

If you have any questions on how to return your item(s) please contact us at: merch@lilkim.com. If your item is eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Your item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds/Exchanges

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will exchange the item(s) unless you state via email you want a refund. If you request a refund, you will receive the credit within approximately 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Orders may take 7 – 9 business days for your package to be shipped out due to processing time. Items will be shipped based on the shipping method you chose at the time of checkout.

Preorders will ship as stated in the shipping description of the preorder item you wish to purchase. Estimated shipping time can be anywhere from 2- 8 weeks from the date you place your order. Please refer to the shipping details of the item you wish to preorder. Shipping charges on preorders will not be refunded. 

We will work to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee a specific ship or delivery date.

Priority/First Class Mail

Please note that listed transit times are estimates, and not guaranteed. USPS/UPS/FedEx are experiencing increased volume and staff restrictions and unfortunately, all classes of postal shipments are experiencing delays. If your tracking link has not been updated recently, we kindly ask you to allow additional time for USPS/UPS/FedEx to progress with shipping your order.

ADDRESS CHANGE

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address in any way.

Invalid/Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for any order that is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your order is lost due to an invalid address entered at checkout, a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to your address when there are minor errors preventing your order from shipping.

If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we may reach out via email to confirm the shipping address details. We will not ship your order until you confirm an address that is shippable.

Tracking Delays

If your tracking link has not been updated recently, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for USPS/UPS/FedEx to catch up.

Return to Sender

If a domestic order is returned to us, we will contact you via email once the item is returned and processed at our facility. We require a confirmed correct address and you must pay a reshipment cost before we will reship your order. Please note we are unable to refund original shipping cost.

International Economy Shipping

Please note that all transit times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. DHL/UPS will carry the order for the majority of transit, but typically once it arrives in your country, your local postal service will manage the actual delivery of the order.

If there are no recent (within the past 21 business days) tracking updates, please contact your local post office directly for more information on the current order status.

Additionally, international orders may be held at your local post office for pickup. Please be sure to keep an eye out for notices from your local post office.

International orders that are returned to the sender will be refunded the cost of the item(s) only. The original shipping costs will not be refunded and we are unable to reship international orders.

Import Duties/Taxes

While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your order total, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your destination country. Once your package arrives at customs your responsible additional costs in order for you to receive your package/ packages.

We do everything on our end to declare customs (items, value , material & weight) to ensure that there is no added customs charge when your order arrives in your country. Most of our packages ship without any additional fees or charges, but each country has a unique customs process and occasionally packages will be pulled for inspection. We cannot control or be responsible if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country.
